Terms of Service

Free Shipping on all qualifying U.S. orders. Items can be returned or exchanged within the first seven (7) days. Harbor Classic will provide return shipping labels. All return shipping costs, along with a 10% restocking fee, will be deducted from the return amount. Defective items will be available to be returned free of charge, shipping included for the first thirty (30) days. Defective items & items damaged during shipment must be reported to Harbor Classic within 48 hours of carrier delivery. All items being returned must be sent in the original packing, with all parts and your purchase receipt included. All returns must be authorized by Harbor Classic. Harbor Classic is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. All packages must be picked up by the shipping company utilized by Harbor Classic. Replacement hardware is available as well. Shipping & Returns

Free Shipping

Harbor Classic offers fast and free delivery on all orders over $1,499. With our free shipping option, all orders will be palletized, wrapped and shipped via freight directly to your home. Customers will be responsible for disposal of all packaging materials including the pallet which the furniture arrives on.

 

Deluxe Shipping

With our Deluxe shipping service option, when arriving at your home, our shipping team will unwrap the pallet and place the furniture boxes to the location of your choice at ground level. They will then dispose of all packaging materials including any shrink wrap, shipping tape, and the pallet the furniture was shipped on. However, they will not unwrap or open the furniture boxes. This option is available at the customer's expense (an additional fee) and is only available in select cities. You will be notified at checkout should this option be available to you.

**Please note, when receiving your Harbor Classic shipment, should items appear to be damaged or altered in any way you may refuse them from delivery. Upon refusal, take photos and please contact our customer service team at (843) 564-7517 and we will ship out replacement items for anything refused. 

 

Returns & Exchanges

As a customer-centric company, we know when shopping online you may not always get things right on the first try. Please follow the guidelines below when planning a return or exchange:

  • Step 1 – Contact our customer service center at (43) 564-7517 or by email at: Contact and notify us which items you would like to return or exchange.
  • Step 2 – Take photos of any and all items you would be returning to ensure there is no damage prior to shipping.
  • Step 3 – Place all items in their original packaging and prepare them for shipment.
  • Step 4 – Place the return labels, which our customer service team will provide, on the shipment.

    Furniture

    Items eligible for a return or exchange must be shipped back to Harbor Classic within 7 days of delivery. All items must be returned in the original condition and packaging received. We are unable to accept returns of merchandise that have been assembled, used or show any signs of wear to the outdoor elements. Once the items have been received a customer representative will contact you.
