Sunbrella Fabric

Any Sunbrella Canvas or Sailcloth fabric is available to utilize, free of charge, for our design partners. You can also request a fabric and material sample box to aid in presenting your vision to your clients.

Customer’s Own Material:

We take great pride in tailoring our creations to align seamlessly with your unique vision. Upon request, we will happily utilize Customer’s Own Material (COM) at no additional cost to you. Our dedicated support team ensures a flawless integration of your chosen material, elevating the bespoke nature of our offerings.

How it works

  1. Fill out the application
    Submit the application with the required information so that we may better understand your needs and how we may best support you.

  2. Application Is Approved
    Once you have submitted your application, one of our dedicated trade team members will contact you with any further questions.

  3. Your Trade Membership Is Active!
    Once your membership has been approved, you will be able to create your personal login to our Trade Program portal where you will receive exclusive deals, sneak previews and so much more!

Thank you for your interest in Harbor Classic’s trade program. To apply, please fill out our Trade Membership Application and attach one of the professional documents below:

  • Valid business license as an interior designer or architect
  • Valid interior design certificate (NCIDQ, CCIDC)
  • Proof of professional design membership (AI, IDI, ASID)

If you intend to purchase items for resale and wish to waive sales tax on your qualifying order, we are happy to do so upon request and review of tax documentation, validation, and approval by Harbor Classic in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines. To claim tax exempt status, please email a copy of a valid business license as well as resale certificate to: trade@harborclassic.com

  • Our trade program is available solely to trade members and exclusive pricing or discounts is non-transferable to clients, purchasing agents, or any third party
  • The trade member must place and pay for all orders.
  • Restocking fees apply to all trade program orders.
  • By applying to our trade program, you agree that the email address given as contact will be added to our email marketing list. You may opt out of receiving these emails at any time through the link provided in each email.
